The Great Crested Flycatcher nesting in our Red-bellied Woodpecker box is busy feeding the hungry nestlings. She paused to check me out as I was photographing her.

Prepare your breakfast and then put out some mealworms on the kitchen window ledge. Then you and the bluebirds can watch each other eat breakfast.

The female House Wren is still hard at work on the nest. She is weaving the twigs so the nest will remain intact for the nestlings. Any twig that doesn’t fit is ejected from the nest. She still has to line the nest.

The female House Wren has almost finished building the nest in the nestcam box. She still has to line it. There should some eggs in the nest within the next few days.
